TVET Leadership Development and Management Enhancement for the 21st Century

In this course you will gain the knowledge, skills and competencies to lead a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) organisation effectively in the 21st century, realising how strong leadership advances TVET Sustainable goals and institutional performance; you will practise clear communication strategies for diverse workplaces, explore emerging trends in TVET, and examine the dual role of principals as managers and leaders who design effective training delivery and learning systems. Key topics include strategic analysis (SWOT) of your centre, the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle for continuous improvement, change management and organisational development strategies, and preparing a targeted action plan to enhance effectiveness. Through specialist lectures, interactive online classes and three hands-on projects you will apply theory to practice, develop measurable improvement plans, improve staff engagement and adaptability, and leave with a ready-to-implement action plan to transform your TVET centre.
